Here's a WCT Precision 200m dive watch manufactured by Albert Wajs of O&W and produced for Howard M Marx' West Coast Time. It has a shock resistant Swiss ETA 2824-2 automatic movement that hacks and is also manually windable. It is also equipped with screw down crown and screw down caseback for a 200 meters water resistance. WCT Precision 200m Dive Watch
Review by H. Seung
Actually, this is the second version of the WCT Precision dive watch series. It differs from the first version in that it lacks the date and spelled "Professional" instead of "Prefessionel". I am one of the MWR'ers who asked for the removal of date and its accompanying cyclops window. In my own opinion, the no-date dial made the watch more legible, more balanced, and military like in appearance. The inner red 24 hour numbers are truly cool to look at; they sort of remind me of early made-in-France Heuer dive watches. I am told that the luminescent markers on the dial and hands are coated with all tritium which glows strong at night.
The watch measures 39.5 mm in diameter (without the crown), 45 mm lug to lug, and takes a 20mm sized band. It comes with a choice of oyster style solid link flip-lock bracelet or genuine NATO strap. Even with a 20mm strap width, the watch has a slightly slimmer profile than a Rolex Sub, and as such does not feel too bulky. The bezel is a firm uni-directional ratcheting type and is a pleasure to handle. Available under $250 from Howard, it's a truly tough everyday knock around watch that is also ideal for serious scuba diving. Enjoy the photos!
